This is a vintage Haori jacket from the 1980s. Blue plaid polyester. It has inner and outer side ties and lined in rayon. In excellent condition.

Sleeve to sleeve width across shoulder - 48 inches (121.92 cm)
Sleeve length - 19 inches (48.26 cm)
Length from shoulder to hem: 30 inches (76.2 cm)
Around body when measured laying flat and overlapped (but not tied) as shown in diagram: 46 inches (116.84 cm) - this will fit actual body size that is smaller once tied shut and depends on how tightly they are tied.
