Would transform an ordinary coat or cardigan into something spectacular.

Big, 2.3cm, glass, slightly domed, with little diamante shaped areas of gold.

They have an integral shank at the back - see last photo.

These were found at the back of a dusty shelf in an old warehouse - 1920s or 30s, and French as the box they were in had a French label.
